What a joy to start 2025 with a fresh new class! Our baby massage classes begun yesterday, and what a calm, joyful morning with a new group of new mums and babies. It's a wonderful thing to be able to run a lass that support and empowers mums in the 4th trimester. Our classes are baby led and run at a very relaxed paced, and with small class sizes it creates a wonderful circle of support for a time in oour lives where we need to be held.
