I am so excited to announce that I have a new course launching in January 2023!
Birth Circle is a 6 week course ( 1 hour weekly sessions) that will incorporate antenatal education, birth preparation such as birth plans, relaxation and Hypnobirthing elements, as well as movement for pregnancy and birth. The course has two session focused on pregnancy, two around birth itself and two sessions where we focus on the 4th trimester and planning for the postnatal period both emotionally, physically and practically. The whole course will be encompassed with a circle of women who are also looking for connection and understanding during the antenatal period.
Currently we will be running the course from a beautiful studio at Vida House, Pettistree, Suffolk.
The investment is £60 for the 6 weeks, and will include a goodie bag!
